My Review:
During this time of Pandemic, more and more people are getting lonely. We are not able to see friends and family the way we are used to. If you do see them we are still to stay 6 feet away and wear a mask. No hugs, no touching no nothing. I think this book gives tools to help fight the loneliness experienced by so many. Whether people realize it or not, this is a problem that affects everyone at one time or another. Jack really hits the issue and gives great solutions. It is hard in today's world with this pandemic to really get out and accomplish what we use too, but there is always a positive side to everything.
This is a must-read for anyone who has ever faced loneliness.
