Still Picking up the Pennies

This past month, the boys and I decided to pick an odd ball holiday and send their Grandparents a special little treat. We call it Operation Grandparents. This month we choice National Coffee Day which fell on Sept 29th. We decided to make cards and paint tiles to be used as tiles. I just love how they turned out. We have heard from all three sets of Grandparents, they all enjoyed to receive a package in the mail that was sent to tell them to have a great day. On this Tuesday, I am very grateful that Joel has new found passion. Joel has tried many things in his young life, but I have kind of nudged him in to a lot of things. I can NOT believe how quickly these weeks are rolling by! Here it is another Monday, I am Sooooo glad it is behind us. The menu for this week looks like this. I can't post a photo right now. I was able to update with a photo. But while I was prepping tonight's dinner, I did a lot of prep for three other meal. Tonight we had stuffed pasta shells with fresh homemade bread. We have left overs for one more meal. While making the meat mixture for the stuffing, I made up enough for a meatloaf for a future meal. I also made an extra loaf of bread, which will be used for French bread pizza Friday night. So in the time it took me to make one meal I really made 4 meals. I love working smarter instead of harder. I am working on few new reviews along with a giveaway or two. So stay posted for those.
