Still Picking up the Pennies

I can't post a photo right now. I was able to update with a photo. But while I was prepping tonight's dinner, I did a lot of prep for three other meal. Tonight we had stuffed pasta shells with fresh homemade bread. We have left overs for one more meal. While making the meat mixture for the stuffing, I made up enough for a meatloaf for a future meal. I also made an extra loaf of bread, which will be used for French bread pizza Friday night. So in the time it took me to make one meal I really made 4 meals. I love working smarter instead of harder. I am working on few new reviews along with a giveaway or two. So stay posted for those.

I used the Hillbilly Housewife's recipe for 60 Minute Rolls . Oh MY GOD!! They taste as good as they look! I am going to be making this recipe a lot. I brought a loaf up to my parents. They raved about this bread and said it makes excellent French toast. My dear Hubby made sandwiches from the rolls to carry in his lunch pail all week.
