Hello everyone, we have been on a mission to tighten the purse strings again. I have been watching youtube and one person I really learned a ton from is One Cute Couponer.
I bought all of the things in this photo and spent $10.83 before, after Michigan tax I paid $12.14 at Family Dollar. The photo below is the proof. I had no paper coupons but did have a load of smart coupons.
I did not come up with this deal on my own. I have been watching youtube and learning from One Cute Couponer.
This deal starts at 8:15 in the video. I followed her instructions very carefully. I took notes and ventured into the store and it worked. I decided to purchase the Tide Pods instead of the kids Sauve shampoo. We do not use kids shampoo in our house. This is not the first time I have tried it, I am sold. No more cutting paper coupons for me. I must give a shout out-Thank You Erika aka One Cute Couponer.
Authored by Leandro Delgado While we were trick or treating this year through the neighborhood, I noticed how many of our neighbors had security systems installed in their homes, or at least had the sign out in their yard. I was surprised to see how many neighbors had a system installed, because I never thought of our neighborhood as a high crime area, or that anyone would want to come in here and steal from us. We are just your basic, working class neighborhood. I can’t imagine someone wanting to come in and steal what we have. It did get me thinking, though, that maybe the neighbors aren’t as worried about being robbed as they are some other kind of violence. I mentioned it to my husband, and he said that we should look into getting a home security system as well. It seems sort of extravagant to me, but whatever. I am often behind the times, so I wouldn’t be surprised at all if I was behind the times with this as well. It won’t be the first time, or the last time...
The Loneliness Solution, a book about how, despite the connectedness of our world, we're lonelier now more than ever. You are not alone. We are lonelier than ever. As countless students travel home for the holidays, many may feel especially isolated and lonely, even while "keeping up" with friends on social media. Social media tricks us into thinking that we are engaged in genuine friendships. Yet instead of intimacy, we get little more than what amounts to digital small talk. But there is a solution. With plenty of good humor and practical advice, Jack Eason invites you to discover the benefits of doing life together with other brothers and sisters in Christ. Grounding his message in Scripture, Eason helps you · learn the obstacles to real community · reimagine what real friendship looks like · discover a place of true belonging · and more If you're tired of feeling lonely, this encouraging and community-building book is just what you need. My Review: During thi...
Hi all, we are enjoying our spring break We have a 4H meeting in a little bit, we are eating pizza and making mosaic tiles. Not sure how many will be there, I could only get a hold of one other parent. So maybe it will be a low-key meeting, but also hard to plan for. Tomorrow is a 4H workshop day ALL day. Joel is going to make a book:write, illustrate it, type it up and learn how to bind it. Then digital photography. Noah and I are sticking together: Wooden toys, fondue cooking, Easter Crafts, cool candles. then we will all be together for cooper tooling. It will be a fun, fun day. And I am not in charge so I can have fun too No evening plans, but we have been having lots of outside time. It is starting to feel like spring, finally.
