Last Week in Review

I have a few photos of the last week I'd like to share from the last week. 

My hubby has been ice fishing and last week caught this Salmon. I love to eat fish and it was truly the best fish dinner I have ever eaten. Notice I said eaten, not fillet, cleaned or cooked!? I do not do any of that! I will fish and eat fish-love fish but not any of those things. 


He is also out fishing today and had a visitor and send me this photo. Yes, that is a baby bobcat!! He came right out on the ice of Lake Superior to visit with my hubby. I would have been completely freaked out. But my hubby was thrilled with the little guy. 


The photos of my week are not quite so wild, but I did have a great week. Monday I had LEGO club with the afterschool program. We read a book about a boat and then made boats, then set them out to sail the 'ocean'.  This is a photo of my boat and the captain.



This is some of the boats that the youth built, they did a great job and most of them did float. 


Our chickens have been very busy very busy, this is a photo of a few eggs we got last week. The one chicken is hard at work and if she did not lay the next day I do not blame her. 

Friday hubby and I drove to Green Bay to get my car repaired. We requested a loaner since we live three hours away and usually, we have to wait a few days for the repairs to be completed. We went to Cabellas for hubby to check prices of ice fishing equipment. Then we went to Red Lobster for a Valentines Day lunch with free gift cards from SwagBucks. It is Lobster fest and we were stuffed when we left. I use the Red Lobster Rewards app so we redeemed a reward of a free appetizer. The Shrimp pizza is to die for, so good and free is even better.  Then the car repair place called to say the car was repaired a ready to go.  We hit Walmart, got the car and headed home. We had a very long but productive day and I got to spend it with the best man in the world.

A Product Review and my first GIVEAWAY!!

Today I received a full size bottle of Purex Complete with Zout Triple Enzyme Stain Remover. The scent is Fresh Morning Burst. I am a scent orientated person, so the first thing I did was to open the bottle and smelled it. It smells so fresh and clean, I could not wait to give it a try.
