Lady in Waiting by Susan Meissner - Book review
This book contains two stories about two Janes. The first story of Jane is during modern time, she manages an antique shop and finds a ring. The second Lady Jane a historical figure who's story is told through the voice of her seamstress Lucy Day.
The stories both relate to one another in the way that they seem to have been forced down certain paths in life, but later learn they are both responsible in similar ways for making their circumstances what they are. They both feel a certain new found freedom and satisfaction in this knowledge.
I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review.
